We have brought back ‘Step Aerobics’ from the 90’s!! An effective, fun, cardio and legs workout on a step. Be motivated by pumping tunes from the past and present and a high energy instructor. Routines are aimed at beginners and intermediate steppers. High, low and medium level steps available to suit all levels and abilities. 30 minutes will fly by and you will smile all the way home!
