However much you enjoy the gym, joining a great group of people in a class makes everything more sociable, enjoyable and motivational.

Even better, you don’t need to book in advance – just turn up to as many classes as you want, as often as you can.

Don’t think we’re not going to push you, though – we want everyone single person to get the most they can from every class. And we’ll keep reminding you to come again, to reach the goals you really want to achieve.
