STUART HYAMS

Managing Director

Stuart’s passion for sport and fitness is infectious. He founded the BACK ON TRACK gym in 2008 and has enjoyed working with an ever-increasing number of people since, helping them to achieve massive changes in their fitness and confidence levels.

Stuart continuously looks for new ways to make BACK ON TRACK the best gym in the area, acquiring new equipment, developing new workouts and creating new classes.

No matter what type of development, it is always with the gym members in mind, to increase their motivation, confidence levels and outcomes.

It really is hard to find anyone as dedicated as Stuart is to helping other people feel better, healthier and more able to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.

With Stuart’s support, you will be able to change your gym mindset. Wouldn’t you prefer to look forward to your classes and workouts, instead of sitting at home feeling guilty for not going?

Stuart graduated in Sports Therapy and holds qualifications in personal training (Level 4 Advanced), Pilates and massage.

LEANNE HYAMS

Managing Director

Leanne taught aerobics from 1994, gained a degree in Business & Sport and qualified as a PE teacher.

Other qualifications include Pilates, personal trainer, spinning, step, nutrition, massage, Zumba and PiYo. But Leanne says that the results she sees when working with BACK ON TRACK gym members are much more important than any qualification she holds.

Leanne runs lots of classes, and is responsible for creating and continually developing bespoke fitness plans for everyone she works with. If you’ve been to a gym where you were left to keep working out on your own, you’ll be shocked by the difference at BACK ON TRACK.

Leanne reckons that having a laugh while you work out, getting to know other people at the gym, and knowing that your coach really cares about what you achieve, helps you infinitely more than just being able to get to a class or work all the equipment.
