Exercises targeting the areas most women love to focus on (some of our members call this class ‘Legs, Bums, Tums and Thighs’). Some of our members start off with one session, as a friendly introduction to the gym. Others come every week for a relaxed and sociable get-together. Either way, you’ll have a laugh throughout the 60 minutes, with 20 core, 20 cardio and 20 tone.
